The hotel has excellent road links with the coastal towns of Zumaia, Getaria and Zarautz, as well as with the main cities in the Basque Country - San Sebastián, Vitoria, Bilbao and Pamplona.
Housed in a unique 14th century building that was completely renovated in the 18th century, it owes much of its charm to its distinctive internal architecture. After a number of fires, the wooden structure was replaced with thick stone walls, with vaulted ceilings in all the rooms, creating a historic building of considerable artistic interest.
The Hotel-Restaurant is also equipped with all the facilities one expects of a modern establishment – free wireless internet connection in all rooms, free private parking and a children’s play area.
